The following documents are required when applying for a short-term Schengen Schengen Visa Dubai in the UAE:
Application form. It must be fully completed with correct and truthful information.
A valid passport. It must not be more than 10 years old and with a validity of at
least three more months after the date on which the applicant plans to leave the Schengen Area
Two photos – taken within the last three months according to the standards set by the Schengen countries.

Proof of residence permit in the United Arab Emirates. Travel itinerary.
A document proving that you have booked a flight ticket from the UAE to the Schengen area and back,
on the specific dates you plan to enter and leave this area
cover letter. Please, explain why you want to visit Europe, specifying the countries you would like to visit,
the time you will be staying there, and other details.
Proof of residence. A document showing your place of residence for the duration of your stay in Schengen.
This could be a hotel reservation, a rental agreement,
or an invitation letter from a host whose home you will be staying at.
Proof of financial means. Evidence that you have enough money to support yourself financially for the duration of your stay in Schengen.
This could be one of the following:
Bank statement – showing that you have enough money in your account for the trip.
The statement must be no more than 3 months old.
Sponsorship Letter – by another person confirming that they will financially support your trip to Schengen.
To be valid, this letter must be accompanied by the sponsor’s bank statement, no more than three months old.
